About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Training Programme Manager to join our dynamic team at Artemis Human Capital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global learning strategy that drives commercial excellence in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-functional training frameworks that cover clinical products, commercial strategies, and market access.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver high-quality training content, including clinical product knowledge and commercial insights.
  • Oversee the development of role-based training matrices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead the creation of online and in-person training sessions, focusing on knowledge retention and competency development.
  • Continuously assess and refine training programs to ensure they remain industry-leading.

What You'll Bring:

  • A background in clinical product training, ideally with experience in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • A proven track record of building dynamic and engaging training programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
