Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team at TECREC (Engineering Recruitment Specialists) LTD. As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites in South London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in South London.
  • Manage a team within FM and have good all-round building services knowledge.
  • Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Mobile Fabric Engineer or similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery or Painting & Decorating etc.
  • IPAF, PASMA certifications.
The Package:
