Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team at TECREC (Engineering Recruitment Specialists) Ltd. As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites across South London.

About the Role:
  • Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites
  • Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible
  • Work across one client's portfolio of commercial sites

Requirements:
  • Good all-round building services knowledge
  • Previous experience of managing a team within FM
  • NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery or Painting & Decorating etc
  • IPAF, PASMA
