Mobile Maintenance Technician

The RoleThe primary objective of the Mobile Maintenance Technician is to provide day-to-day maintenance for the community and its residents.
This role will cover 4 buildings on the same development in Elephant Castle, ensuring that all repairs and general maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Completing all maintenance works at the asset for both internal and external aspects of the buildings, amenities, common areas, public realm, and grounds.
- Adhering to building standards, health & safety, statutory compliance, repair & maintenance, and overall asset functionality.
- Supporting the building services maintenance and management regime to ensure the mechanical, electrical, and other building services plant and equipment reach their expected lifespan.
- Working with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that sufficient inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials is available at the asset and ordering supplies and tools as needed.
- Attending all Company maintenance training.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
- Basic working knowledge of grounds/common area maintenance, service requests, and apartment preparation.
- City & Guilds relevant qualification in Plumbing/Electrical installation.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, BMS, building control requirements, fire, and environmental control measures, and all aspects of Health and Safety regulations in relation to residential building management.
- Adapts to team changes in response to business strategy, vision, or purpose.
- Role models a passion for fixing customer problems and socializes internal and external best practice customer feedback methods.
