The Role

The primary objective of the Mobile Maintenance Technician is to provide day-to-day maintenance for the community and its residents. This role will cover 4 buildings on the same development in Elephant Castle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing all maintenance works at the asset for both internal and external aspects of the buildings, amenities, common areas, public realm, and grounds
  • Adhering to building standards, health & safety, statutory compliance, repair & maintenance, and overall asset functionality
  • Supporting the building services maintenance and management regime to ensure the mechanical, electrical, and other building services plant and equipment reach their expected lifespan
  • Working with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure sufficient inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials is available at the asset and ordering supplies and tools as needed
  • Attending all Company maintenance training
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
  • Basic working knowledge of grounds/common area maintenance, service requests, and apartment preparation
  • City & Guilds relevant qualification in Plumbing/Electrical installation
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, BMS, building control requirements, fire, and environmental control measures, and all aspects of Health and Safety regulations in relation to residential building management
