We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health System Director to join our team at Nuffield Health Woking Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance of the hospital, delivering profitable growth, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational performance of the hospital, including full financial and budget responsibility.
- Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency, identifying and mobilizing commercial opportunities.
- Driving the Quality agenda, prioritizing patient safety and inspiring your team.
- Leading the hospital's leadership team and creating a culture that embodies our 'We care' values and behaviors.
Our Woking Hospital is a leading private hospital in Surrey, South East England, providing exceptional standards of treatment and care in state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves on our CPD program and specialities in Women's and Men's health, Orthopaedics, and Eye Care.
