With commercial and/or clinical experience in independent healthcare, you'll ensure the continued development of external support networks and be accountable for meeting all CQC requirements. You'll drive profitable growth and operational efficiency, delivering exceptional standards of treatment and care in our state-of-the-art facilities.

As a Registered Manager and a 'fit and proper person' as defined by the CQC, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operational performance of the hospital, including full financial and budget responsibility.
  • Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency, ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and mobilised where appropriate.
  • Driving the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first and inspiring your people.
