Quality Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health System Director to lead our Woking Hospital team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance of the hospital, delivering profitable growth, and ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and mobilised.
You will be accountable for the full financial and budget responsibility of the hospital, as well as driving the quality agenda and putting patient safety first. Your people skills will be essential in inspiring and leading the hospital's leadership team and creating a culture that embodies our 'We care' values and behaviours.

We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre-Assessment, Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, X-ray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
