Job Title: Director - Quality Management System Transformation

At Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Quality Management System Transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and drive the development and implementation of a world-class Quality Management System across our international business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the implementation of a Quality Management System that meets international standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, risks, and needs.
  • Lead the development of a Center of Expertise community to foster best practices and drive transformation towards standardized, lean, and process-oriented QMS.
  • Act as a business system owner for the eQMS IT system, defining its architecture, configuration, and technical features.
  • Monitor adherence and performance of the Quality Management System and customer satisfaction through Quality KPIs and the BU-wide Quality Management Review.
  • Responsible for annual functional budget assigned to QMS transformation and the eQMS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or general business disciplines.
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership position in Quality, Operations, or IT.
  • Certification in Operational Excellence (Lean/Six Sigma) and preferably additional business certifications like MBA, Change Management, Data Management, Project Management.
