We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece South. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our £68m industrial project in Tunbridge Wells.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress, financials, and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects ideally within a Tier 1 environment.
- CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- A deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management best practices.
- Strong understanding of steel frame structures and groundworks.
