Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects across the region, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project delivery, providing advisory support from senior colleagues as needed.
- Manage consultant teams and monitor programmes through all RIBA stages to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare fee proposals and bid submissions, leveraging your technical competence and commercial awareness.
- Provide excellent quality and consistent project management reporting, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Manage client relationships and service delivery on a commission or project basis, building strong partnerships and trust.
- Manage project teams internally, including resource management and wellbeing, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Apply the principles of quality assurance and environmental management, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
- Contribute to developing new business opportunities and generating repeat business, leveraging your expertise and network.
- Lead on project governance and fee management activities, driving performance improvements and continuous learning.
- A relevant construction qualification or extensive experience within the construction industry, with a fully chartered membership of a professional body (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent).
- Ability to oversee teams on commissions/projects/programmes, with previous experience working for a Project Management Consultancy.
- Experience in delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion, with client-facing experience and knowledge of public and private sector clients.
- Experience in JCT and/or NEC contract administration, with strong technical health, safety, and environmental knowledge.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients, with a strong understanding of programme and scheduling software.
