Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile construction projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery teams and manage consultant teams through all RIBA stages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and technical advice.
  • Prepare fee proposals and bid submissions, overseeing project financials.
  • Define and manage client project objectives, delivering consistent project management reports.
  • Manage client relationships and service delivery, ensuring resource management and wellbeing of internal project teams.
  • Stay updated on legal and technical project matters, applying quality assurance and environmental management principles.
  • Promote AtkinsRéalis services and benefits to clients, assisting in developing new business and generating repeat business.
  • Lead project governance and fee management activities, continuously pursuing performance improvements.
Requirements:
  • Construction qualification or extensive industry experience.
  • Chartered member of a professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB).
  • Experience overseeing project teams and delivering building projects from start to finish.
  • Client-facing experience with knowledge of public and private sector clients.
  • JCT and/or NEC contract administration experience.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members, proficient in program and scheduling software.
  • Knowledgeable in health, safety, and environmental standards with strong relationship-building skills.
