About the Role:
Northern Trust is a leading financial institution offering innovative services to successful individuals, families, and institutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Anti-Bribery Corruption and Ethics Compliance Officer to join our team.

This role supports the development of Conduct Risk Framework and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme. You will work closely with Compliance and Risk partners, Legal, and Human Resources teams to provide advice, assurance, and assessment of controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review potential conflicts of interest, including outside business activities, gifts, and entertainment.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and guidance in these areas.
  • Support monitoring plans, risk inventories, and compliance risk assessments for areas of focus.
  • Advise business partners on appropriate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and standards.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
