About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ethics and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Hays Senior Finance.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance and experience working with QMS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on compliance procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a compliance leadership role in a relevant industry and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective QMS systems.

Requirements
  • A minimum salary of $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Prior experience in a compliance leadership role in a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective QMS systems.
