Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the continuous improvement, development, implementation, and enforcement of our compliance program, including policies, procedures, and controls to prevent, detect, and resolve compliance issues. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on compliance performance, liaising with external regulators and auditors, and providing guidance and support to other internal teams.

Salary:

$160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate or international equivalent degree in Law.
  • 15+ years of relevant legal practice experience in white-collar crime or regulatory compliance.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in ethics and compliance.
  • Native English language capability; additional European languages advantageous.
