About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Head of Governance and Ethics to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or FMCG / large corporate and a solid track record of working in / leading a compliance, internal control and/or risk / governance department.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the globe to develop and implement our company's governance framework, including regular engagement with the Compliance Team at Puig SL.

As a collaborative and commercially minded individual, you must be able to adapt to changing priorities inline with business and organisational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Governance: Develop and implement our company's governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry codes, providing training to the business on areas of responsibility and compliance as needed.
  • Ethics: Promote and manage including any reports / disclosures of the group's Reporting Channel and Protect the Magic / Speak Up culture.
