**Job Title:** Social Worker - Family Support and Quality

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their team in Harlow, Essex. As a key member of the Family Support & Protection Team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable families and children.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing complex family or social care needs, providing support to children, young people, and families, and working collaboratively with other professionals to improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and plan interventions to support families and individuals with complex needs.Build effective relationships with professionals to enhance services and outcomes.Safeguard children from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by identifying and responding to risks.Arrange alternative care for children when necessary.Promote autonomy and development with individuals with complex social needs.Record activity and participate in planning forums.Provide guidance, support, and expert advice to social care staff and students.Contribute to organisational capability through training and development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Continual professional development.
  • Social Work England registration.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
