We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic residential lettings team in Poole. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of residential lettings, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress them through to exchange and completion
Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
