To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike. You will also need to be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
As a Revenue and Benefits Assistant/Officer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of customer contacts, including inbound and outbound calls, and in-person interactions in our Contact Centre. You will ensure that all cases are dealt with in accordance with relevant statutory regulations, policies, and procedures, and that revenue is maximized through effective debt recovery.
