**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Property, Capital and Asset Management Team as an Energy Efficiency Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our housing service meets its regulatory, statutory, and policy requirements related to energy efficiency and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead on strategic energy efficiency and compliance functions to ensure the Council Housing Service meets its regulatory, statutory, and policy requirements.
- Develop and implement effective energy efficiency measures to meet EESSH targets and Net Zero carbon emission targets.
- Work closely with the Compliance Team to ensure that our housing service maintains high standards and meets its statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement energy-efficient solutions that benefit our residents and the environment.
**Requirements**
- Strong track record of providing high-quality, effective, and customer-focused service in energy efficiency and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve service-related outcomes.
