**Job Title:** Energy Efficiency Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Property, Capital and Asset Management Team as an Energy Efficiency Specialist. The successful candidate will take a lead on strategic energy efficiency and compliance functions to ensure that the Council Housing Service meets its regulatory, statutory and policy requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead on strategic energy efficiency and compliance functions
  • Ensure the Council Housing Service meets its regulatory, statutory and policy requirements
  • Work towards decarbonising our assets
  • Provide high quality, effective and customer focussed service on the delivery of energy efficiency measures

**Requirements:**

  • Strong track record of providing high quality, effective and customer focussed service
  • Ability to use initiative in ensuring the Housing Service maintain its housing to as high a standard as resources permit
  • Effective communicator with a positive outlook
  • Flexible attitude to work
