Financial Controller Job Description

A.C. Whyte & Co Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to play a key role in our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee cash flow and working capital control to ensure the company's financial stability.
  2. Lead and motivate the current finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
  4. Design and manage robust financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Manage the annual audit process, ensuring rigorous compliance with financial reporting requirements.
  6. Support the leadership of the finance function to maintain high standards of control and accountability.
  7. Develop strong, long-term relationships with banking and investor partners.
  8. Prepare monthly financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Essential Skills:
