Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Reception Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. This will involve working closely with the Reception Manager to motivate and engage the team, and to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

This is a diverse and challenging role that requires a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for using our latest technology to interact with guests and ensure that they have a flawless experience. You will also be required to work closely with other departments to provide a seamless service to our guests.
