About the Role:

As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at Bairstow Eves, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the mortgage process. You will be working closely with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support, attracting new customers and business, and offering expert advice on a range of products and services.

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings), plus uncapped commission and quality and loyalty bonuses. You will also enjoy superb training and development opportunities, group discounts on property services, and all-expense-paid trips for top achievers.

Main Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include building relationships with estate agency teams, generating new business in a target-driven environment, and providing comprehensive mortgage advice to customers. You will also take part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified CeMAP or industry equivalent
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, including MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
