Mortgage and Protection Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at Bairstow Eves. As a Mortgage and Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clients to meet their mortgage and protection needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with the Estate Agency team to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while working in a target-driven environment.
  • Offering advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet client needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
