Functional Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Functional Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 application support at level 2 and level 3.

About the Role

  • Provide technical support for our business applications.
  • Maintain the application services in line with service improvement plans.
  • Play a key role in major incident resolution.
  • Execute daily and weekly system monitoring and resolve any issues found.
  • Deliver small changes and projects as required.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and deliver business technology to the required high standard.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in application support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think cross-functionally and derive suitable solutions to business challenges.
  • Proven experience within application support and working with core ERP systems.
