IT Support Specialist

Welcome to an exciting opportunity with Brake Bros Limited as we seek an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Ashford and involves providing technical support for end-users throughout Sysco GB. As an EUC 3rd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying new technologies and application upgrades across the estate while promoting excellent customer service.
As a subject matter expert in EUC technologies, including MDM, Windows 11, and Apple devices, you will provide both onsite and remote 3rd line support. Your ability to prioritise workload and manage incidents through resolution is essential to maintaining service levels. You will also be responsible for producing high-quality documentation for use by engineers and end-users.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products, including client Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11) Teams, Office 365, and Azure. Experience in administering MDM platforms like Endpoint Manager (Intune) and understanding of networking are also required. Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail are essential in maintaining accurate inventory data and documentation.
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer along with a generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays and discounts on food and award-winning products through our staff shop.
