Our UKI Commercial team is responsible for driving the growth of Chinese restaurants across UKI. We are a dynamic and ambitious team, committed to delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our partners.

Your Role

">

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive the growth of Chinese restaurants across UKI. You will work closely with regional commercial teams across UK & Ireland, technology, marketing and partnerships to maximise and grow the Category.

Key Performance Indicators

">
  • To increase the number of Chinese restaurants on the Deliveroo platform by 20% within the first six months.
  • To drive revenue growth of at least £1 million within the first year.
  • To establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant owners, suppliers and other partners.

Requirements

">
  • 5+ years of sales and commercial experience in a similar market and industry.
  • Capable of managing cross functional initiatives to improve ways of working and commercial outcomes.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaker. This is a real must as most of our Chinese partners prefer to communicate in Mandarin.
  • Experienced manager, managing a direct team of commercial managers and ensuring that they hit targets by supporting their clients' performance.
  • Commercially knowledgeable who understands the economics of food delivery - for restaurants and Deliveroo.
  • Effective relationship-building and communication skills whether face to face, through phone, WeChat or email.
  • Have an interest in all things food and restaurants.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per year, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
