Law and Compliance Specialist

**Job Overview**
Crayon UK is seeking a highly skilled Law and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for assisting in navigating legal issues and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and corporate law principles and terminology, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (especially Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including uncapped annual leave, flexible working culture, pension and life assurance, private medical insurance, and full spectrum of wellness perks.
About the Role
- Assist in reviewing existing contractual templates and recommending amendments as necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation and that vendor terms are appropriately reflected in customer agreements.
- Perform additional administrative responsibilities within the legal team, including corporate and regulatory filings.
