Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Contract Support Specialist to join our team in Wooburn Green, UK. As a key member of our Legal team, you will play a critical role in assisting with contract management, compliance, and due diligence activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the contractual document library, ensuring all contracts meet legislated requirements and are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and HR, to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.
  • Perform due diligence on new business opportunities, reviewing contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve contract management efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with corporate and regulatory filings, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submissions.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree (or currently enrolled) and knowledge of commercial and corporate law principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
