Electronics Systems Design Lead

Job Description:
The Talent Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of electronic systems for military environments, working closely with our electronics design team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electronic systems, including circuit design and simulation
- Collaborate with team members to prepare and present designs
- Develop designs for electronic control of LED lighting systems
- Select new parts, considering obsolescence, availability, and cost
- Document design work and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
- At least 10 years of experience in electronics design and leadership within a relevant industry
- Strong knowledge of analogue and digital design, microprocessors/microcontrollers, and embedded firmware/software
- Schematic, PCB, and simulation skills using Altium Designer
- Firmware development in C
- Knowledge of design for Military/Avionics applications, including EMI/EMC specifications
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
