Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our project team in Thames Valley, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of contracts, promoting a positive safety culture, and leading project teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Construction or a related field.
- Professionally qualified or working towards a membership of a Professional Body.
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card holder and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
- Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Knowledge of contract conditions and law within the industry.
