Lead Operations Manager

As a Lead Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programmes. You will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and delivery partners, and will work closely with the project team to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that project delivery outputs are met.
- Develop and implement a standardised approach to operational engagement, ensuring efficient governance and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between the project team and operations, including site visits and project reviews.
- Support key design reviews, such as Solutions review and HAZOP, as needed.
- Ensure that operational benefits are embedded and realised throughout the AMP, and that the benefits and expectations of Operations are realised after the projected takeover.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Conflict management skills in a project delivery/contractor management environment.
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, SMSTS or IOSH.
- Understanding of performance and quality management.
- Competitive salary from £47,000 to £65,000 per annum.
- 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service.
- Contributory pension – Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% -2x employee contribution.
