Lead Operations Manager

As a Lead Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programmes. You will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and delivery partners, and will work closely with the project team to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that project delivery outputs are met.
- Develop and implement a clear communication plan between the project team and operations, including facilitating site visits.
- Support key design reviews, such as Solutions review / Challenge Workshop, HAZOP, SWIFT, and OPMAN, as needed.
- Ensure that operational benefits are embedded and realized throughout the AMP, intervening and implementing solutions where necessary.
- Manage the team's performance and development, building collaborative and capable teams with brilliant customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills and evidence of stakeholder management.
- Conflict management skills in a project delivery/contractor management environment.
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, SMSTS or IOSH.
- Understanding of performance and quality management.
- Competitive salary from £47,000 to £65,000 per annum.
- 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
