Your Role


As a Café Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, providing world-class service to our customers while working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to our customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Contribute to sales growth by making recommendations and promotions to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
