Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for processing loan applications, answering queries, and providing support to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Process loan applications via our third-party web portal
- Answer queries and provide signposting to internal broking teams
- Liaise with and provide support to key stakeholders around ongoing loan applications
- Investigate problematic agreements and process communications to and from the loan provider
- Log any breaches and maintain audit logs
- Deal with email and telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business
- Proven Excel skills and knowledge
- Naturally keen to learn and progress, confident and passionate about accounts
- Understanding and comfort with dealing with financial terms and research
- Positive can-do attitude and natural problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team collaboratively, as well as on your own initiative
