Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for processing loan applications, managing client broking systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Process loan applications via our third-party web portal
- Manage client broking systems, including Acturis, Websure, SSP, and TAM
- Provide support to key stakeholders and internal broking teams
- Investigate problematic agreements and process communications with loan providers
- Log breaches and maintain audit logs
- Handle email and telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business
- Proven Excel skills and knowledge
- Natural problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
