Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance team members, management, and other departments.
- Proven experience in finance administration, including financial record-keeping, data entry, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
