Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at PIB Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Process loan applications via our third-party web portal
- Use our client broking systems, including Acturis, Websure, SSP, and TAM
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal broking teams
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide support on ongoing loan applications
- Investigate and resolve problematic agreements and process communications with loan providers
- Log and maintain audit logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage email and telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business
- Proven Excel skills and knowledge
- Natural problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
