Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of our service model and high-quality food products.
- Leadership and Development: Directly oversee the recruitment, training, and development of management and crew members, ensuring strong training and coaching to achieve exceptional guest experiences.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure effective cost-containment practices are in place to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Guest Experience: Conduct frequent audits to ensure excellence in all areas, including top-line revenues, service standards, and quality products.
- Community Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with the team, community, and external partners, representing the face of the restaurant in the community.
- Minimum 1+ years of operational success as a Restaurant General Manager, with proven financial management and knowledge of operational systems.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, and POS systems.
- Knowledge of the premium casual dining market and willingness to travel extensively.
- College or university business degree in hospitality, restaurants, and culinary arts, or equivalent business education background.
