Job Title: Landscape Contract Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Contract Manager to join our team at Fresh Horticultural Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure effective communication with the management team and clients.
  • Liaise with clients to maintain good relations and ensure remedials are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Manage the financial performance of projects, including resource scheduling and procurement.
  • Support the Director and Estimating team in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing future projects.
  • Champion and ensure compliance with site-specific company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all project sites comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead supervisors in presenting and mentoring on the delivery of toolbox talks.
  • Ensure sites are managed in a clean, safe, and tidy manner.
  • Monitor staff absences and safety issues that may affect the smooth running of projects or the safety of staff.
