About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Planning team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, overseeing workloads, scheduling, and coordination with draughtspersons and specialist sub-consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Proposal and Budget Management: Develop project briefs and fee proposals, monitor project expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, contract drawings, and manage the implementation of landscape works.
  • Landscape Design: Execute high-quality landscape design tasks, including landscape management plans and environmental impact assessments.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
About You
  • Degree and/or Masters in Landscape Architecture.
  • Qualified as a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
  • At least 3 years post-chartership experience in the public or private sector.
  • Full driving licence and use of own car.
