About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of luxury garden and landscape projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. This will involve managing site construction teams, resourcing and managing subcontractors, and providing comprehensive reports on project quality, deadlines, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple teams on different sites, including employed and subcontract staff.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury garden and landscape projects.
  3. Responsible for ensuring adherence to the company's Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  4. Manage subcontractors, developing strong relationships with all trades on site.
  5. Provide comprehensive reports on project quality, deadlines, and performance.
  6. Keep detailed records of materials, human resources, extra works, variations, and invoice events.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Contract Manager with a good horticultural knowledge and an understanding of hard landscape construction and some civils. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing multiple teams and projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be a professional, credible, and eminently capable individual who can communicate effectively with both clients and staff. They will have a good understanding of the practical, technical, financial, and qualitative requirements of a garden project.
