As a Receptionist/Administrator at Anniesland Medical Practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, processing prescriptions and mail, booking and cancelling appointments, signposting patients to the appropriate service, and performing various administrative duties.

We are looking for an individual who is able to work under pressure, adapt in busy and unpredictable situations while upholding patient confidentiality at all times. Previous experience in a fast-paced patient or customer-facing role is essential. In addition, you must have excellent communication and IT skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
