Care Home Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Search. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical aspects of running a care home. You will lead a team of staff to deliver a top-quality standard of care to residents with dementia.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Build strong working relationships with the deputy and care team to ensure the well-being of residents and staff is to a high standard.
* Motivate a team to deliver a top-quality standard of care with strong leadership and management skills.
* Develop and implement care plans to support each specific resident.
* Ensure needs are met in all aspects and the home is meeting standards set by the care inspectorate and in line with SSSC.
* Be innovative in coming up with new ideas and creating new opportunities for residents to promote independence.

**Requirements**

* Must have an active NMC pin. RMN or similar qualifications demonstrating knowledge in dementia is preferred, however RGN's will still be considered.
* Professional management and leadership qualification is desirable.
* Driving license is essential.
* Proven track record of improving services within dementia care support.
* Demonstrate experience of leading a clinical team of staff.
