Job Title: Social Care Professional - Low Caseload

Salary: Up to £42,000 + 5% bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced social care professional to join our team as a supervising social worker. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting foster carers and families while enjoying a great work/life balance with a small caseload.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include working remotely and visiting foster carers and families when required. You will also have the opportunity to work with a hybrid model of working, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
