About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Burgess Hill. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to individuals with mental health conditions, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify needs, and develop strategies to promote recovery and independence.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in education and training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
