About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Burgess Hill. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways to improve patient outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
