Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to feedback and concerns
  • Contribute to the development of new concepts and ideas to drive business growth
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract new customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary package of £55,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £15,000. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and access to exclusive events and experiences.
