Behavioural Development Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastoral Mentor to join our team at Kedleston Group Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the social and emotional development of our pupils.
The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to support individual pupils' needs, working closely with staff and parents/carers to ensure effective policies and procedures are in place.
Job Description- Develop and use systems to monitor pupils' behaviour and wellbeing
- Coordinate individual support for pupils, reviewing ongoing progress towards set goals
- Promote high standards of behaviour and attendance, consistently implementing school policies
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
Main qualifications include:
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
- Advanced Team Teach training or similar
- Experience working with children and young people
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as generous annual leave entitlement, comprehensive induction programme, continued professional development and training, pension contributions, and a friendly team committed to getting the best outcomes for our young people.
